La Femme Beauty Salon operates a cancellation policy. Please contact us by phone or email should you wish to cancel an appointment.
Cancelling an appointment
24 hours' notice is required if you need to cancel or change your appointment, otherwise the late cancellation costs as laid out below will be charged.
- If we receive less than 24 hours notice then you will incur a charge of 50% of the full treatment value.
- If you fail to show for the appointment without advising us, your treatment(s) will be charged at full cost.
- Course appointments that are missed or cancelled late will automatically be deducted from course records.
